Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
· Manage resources and project team to ensure timely and successful delivery.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
· Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
· Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
· Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
