We are seeking an experienced Contracting Project Manager to oversee and manage our contracting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close contracting projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct regular project meetings to report on progress and align team efforts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in contracting or construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
