We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of interior fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material tracking.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out and joinery industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fit-out processes, joinery fabrication, and finishing works.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Licenses: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.
