Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple AV projects from initiation to completion.
* Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
* Review and approve system designs and engineering documentation (AV systems, CCTV, Access Control, etc.).
* Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
* Manage subcontractors, technicians, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
* Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and issues.
* Prepare and deliver progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
* Ensure all project documentation is maintained as per project requirements.
* Supervise and mentor project engineers, coordinators, and site supervisors.
* Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and align on goals.
* Oversee project handover, client training, and documentation submission.

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum of five years of Project Management experience
* Prior experience working in an AV, ELV and ICT systems integration company.
* The Project Manager needs to have a fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structures, and control requirements.
* The individual has a good understanding of project life cycles and takes responsibility for all aspects of the projects.
* The individual has a proactive approach, pays attention to detail, has good verbal and written communication skills, and has a client service orientation.
* Valid UAE driving license is often required.
* Preference to candidates ready to join immediately
