LOOKING FOR PROJECT MANAGER FOR OUR CONTRACTING DIVISION
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, risks, and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work is executed in compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and approvals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
- Chair project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental performance at the site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
- Strong understanding of project planning software.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- UAE Driving License
- DM Card G+12 Mandatory / UNLIMITED advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
