Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, JAFZA, DSO), and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases: initiation, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets
- Oversee on-site construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Manage all project documentation, contracts, permits, drawings, and reports
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress evaluations
- Lead project meetings and ensure transparent communication across all levels
- Control project costs, monitor change orders, and ensure budget adherence
- Foster a high-performance, safety-focused project environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE-based construction project management (preferably high-rise buildings)
- Proven knowledge of DM/DDA/Trakhees/Nakheel/JAFZA/DSO authority regulations
- Expertise in construction methodologies, building codes, and safety practices
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with green building standards and sustainability practices
- Previous success managing large-scale Dubai construction projects

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
