Project Manager - INTERIOR FIT OUT
- Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors, and contractors throughout the duration of a project
- Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors
- Review and approve all invoices related to the project
- Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
- Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project
- Prepare progress reports for the client and company management
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly
- Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Select and specify all materials and finishes to be used in the project
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
