Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire onboarding process for new units in our holiday homes portfolio. This includes managing administrative tasks, obtaining permits, selecting contractors, overseeing MEP works, managing fit-outs, procuring furniture, and ensuring timely project delivery, ensuring the property is ready for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and execution of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for the apartment, ensuring compliance with all standards.
· Manage the full onboarding process of new units: permits, administrative tasks, site work, furnishings, and final handover.
· Source and negotiate with contractors for fit-outs and services, ensuring the best quality and cost efficiency.
· Create basic layout or technical drawings for wall fit-outs when required.
· Coordinate with interior designers to implement design concepts that align with brand standards.
· Oversee on-site work to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
· Source and procure all required furniture, appliances, and décor.
· Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services as per project requirements.
· Maintain organized records and documentation of past project details for future reference.
· Provide daily safety instructions to workers and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
· Ensure adequate quality is maintained in every stage of the work.
· Ensure the site is clean and safe for workers and visitors at all times.
· Ensure all projects are completed on time and ready for guest check-in.
· Manage multiple projects across various locations as needed.
Requirements:
· Valid UAE Driving License.
· Proven experience in project management (hospitality, property fit-outs, or holiday homes).
· Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent time management & communication skills.
· Ability to create and interpret basic layout drawings or floor plans.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Monday is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is a plus.
· Strong budgeting, time-management, and organizational skills.
· Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
· Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and quality control.

· Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000/month (based on experience).
