We are seeking a motivated and experienced Survey Project Manager to lead and coordinate survey activities across estimation, design, execution, and site teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various types of surveys and possess excellent project coordination and resource planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with estimation, execution, site, and design teams to ensure timely and accurate survey report submissions.
- Manage and allocate survey resources effectively to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Maintain and document daily reports on survey-related activities for assigned projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily evaluation reports to track milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve documentation issues through proactive analysis and monitoring of project reports.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with supervisors, site engineers, and surveyors to ensure project success.
- Ensure that all survey work complies with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing or coordinating survey projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of various survey techniques and tools (e.g., Total Station, GPS, Auto level, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
