Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, generate, and follow up with leads through various channels (calls, events, referrals, social media).
- Promote and sell off-plan projects and ready properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide clients with market insights, project comparisons, and investment advice.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all developer projects, payment plans, and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, admin, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan projects.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market, regulations, and trends.
