Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Project Manager with a Sales focus to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on client interaction, ensuring projects are done as per client satisfaction, can build and nurture relationships, drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and contribute to brand growth through marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the customer service team and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth project communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage client onboarding, support, and post-project follow-up to ensure client retention and loyalty.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Prepare Proposals on CANVA, Cloud based solutions
- Use CRM and keep it updated
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads and close deals.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a CRM system to track customer interactions, leads, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the media or creative industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
