We are looking for a Project QA Manager to lead and enhance our quality assurance processes and ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards ISO 9001.
- Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into business processes.
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Train and support staff in quality standards and procedures.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance in alignment with quality expectations.
- Maintain proper documentation, including SOPs, policies, and quality records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a QA/QC role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., waste management, environmental services] is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
