Job Title: QA/QC Lead – Interior Fit-Out (Hospitality Projects)

Job Description:
Build Mode Industries is seeking a QA/QC Lead with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out, specifically within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring compliance across all stages of interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures across hospitality interior fit-out projects.
- Conduct daily inspections and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, MIRs, NCRs, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in managing snagging and de-snagging processes and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in material inspections and approval processes as per project requirements.
- Report quality-related issues and improvements to the QA/QC Engineer and Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out QA/QC, specifically in the hospitality sector is mandatory.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel and F&B interior finishing standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and hospitality brand standards.
- Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
