Job Overview
We’re hiring a dynamic, multilingual female Property Consultant to lead and grow our indirect sales network across Arabic, French, Spanish, and English-speaking markets.
The core responsibility of this role is to generate real estate sales through third-party partners such as brokers, affiliate agents, and international sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales via a network of indirect sales agents and referral partners
- Recruit and onboard multilingual brokers and channel partners locally and internationally
- Conduct product briefings, sales training, and support for partner agents
- Coordinate property marketing and exposure across multiple language markets
- Represent the company at expos, networking events, and digital webinars
- Build long-term relationships with B2B sales partners and monitor their performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate
- Female (per client market alignment preference)
- Must be fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a property developer
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with brokers, referral networks, or affiliate
