We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop a strong client pipeline.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and new developments.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Present properties to prospective buyers/tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.
- Attend industry events and network to expand your professional connections.
What we're Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (e.g., B2B sales, high-value retail).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
