Dream Loom Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for two driven Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide expert advice and market insights to guide client decisions
- Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and new project launches
Requirements:
- Sales-driven with strong negotiation skills
- Prior real estate experience is a plus
- Sales-focused individual with excellent communication skills
- Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in English required (additional languages are a plus)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to grow in the real estate field
Additional Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate portals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
