We are currently hiring Commission-Only Real Estate Agents who are motivated, confident, and ready to succeed in Dubai’s booming property industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Stay updated on the latest property listings, market trends, and regulations
- Close deals and ensure a seamless sales or rental process for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (UAE experience preferred but not required)
- Proven track record in sales or leasing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred)
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role – ideal for agents who want to maximize their earnings. Top performers are earning AED 50,000+ per month.
