Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in finding residential, commercial, and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and tenants.
- Manage property listings and update details in the company’s database.
- Negotiate offers and finalize sales or rental agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and local regulations affecting real estate transactions.
- Generate new leads and expand the company’s client base through networking and referrals.
- Provide clients with exceptional after-sales support and follow-up.
