Responsibilities

- Project Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest projects and developments in the UAE real estate market, understanding the unique features, pricing, and investment potential of each project.
- Road Shows: Plan and execute road shows across various cities and countries to promote our real estate projects. Engage with potential clients, investors, and partners during road shows to showcase our properties and foster relationships.
- Kiosk Management: Set up and manage interactive kiosks at strategic locations to attract foot traffic and generate leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients interested in off-plan properties, understanding their investment goals and preferences.
- Off-Plan Property Presentations: Showcase off-plan projects to potential buyers, explaining the benefits, projected returns, and growth potential of each investment.
- Pre-Sales Consultation: Advise clients on the off-plan buying process, including payment plans, legal documentation, and expected timelines for property handover.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients, facilitating the successful acquisition of off-plan properties.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the off-plan buying process, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported at every stage.
- Networking and Lead Generation: Proactively seek new leads and potential clients interested in off-plan investments through networking, referrals, and industry events.
