Job Description:
Promote and sell real estate properties in Dubai.
Identify potential buyers and convert leads into clients.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice.
Guide clients through the buying and closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and pursue new sales opportunities.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records.
Coordinate with marketing for property promotions.
Stay informed on new property listings and project launches.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
UAE driving license (advantageous).
