Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and passionate Property Consultant to join our Dubai team. You’ll be the face of the company — helping clients find their dream homes, maximize investment returns, and navigate the property market with confidence and clarity.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai and the wider GCC region
- Generate new leads through networking, digital platforms, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate successful deals
- Stay on top of market trends, area developments, and competitor activities
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing and listings team to promote exclusive properties
- Guide clients through legal paperwork, RERA processes, and property handovers
What You Bring:
- Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred (1–3 years minimum)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- A results-driven mindset with a hunger to grow
- Knowledge of off-plan, ready, and secondary market properties
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- UAE driver’s license and car preferred
