The Role: Property Consultant
As a Property Consultant, you’ll help people find the right home or investment. You’ll work with both new developments (off-plan) and existing properties (secondary market). Your job is to guide clients, show them properties, and support them through the entire buying process.
What You’ll Do
Find new clients and build strong relationships.
Talk to clients to understand what kind of property they want.
Show them properties that match their needs.
Give advice on prices, trends, and good investment options.
Help clients understand off-plan deals, including payment plans and agreements.
Manage sales of existing properties, including offers and transfers.
Negotiate deals that work for both the client and the company.
Keep clear records of all client interactions and property deals.
Stay updated on the latest real estate news and competitors.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Motivated and focused on achieving results.
Great at talking to people and building trust.
Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required – we value your drive and potential.
Must speak English; speaking other languages is a big advantage.
Salary + Attractive Commission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
