Job Title: Property Management Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Executive to handle day-to-day property operations, client communication, and coordination of services. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering excellent service to property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all property documents, including EJARI and tenancy contracts
- Communicate clearly with clients, respond promptly, and explain all fees and services upfront
- Manage lease renewals, transfers, and tenant screenings in line with RERA guidelines.
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and follow-ups until completion
- Track payments, handle security deposits, and work closely with accounting
- Create, update, and manage tasks using tools like Buildium; ensure deadlines are met
- Keep systems and records updated with accurate, real-time information
- Provide regular updates to clients and remind them of upcoming payments or renewals
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to clients based on their needs and property lifecycle
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in property management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of DLD, RERA regulations and property procedures
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-focused
- Familiarity with property management software (Buildium & Bitrix) is a plus
- Existing contacts or connections with landlords or tenants is an added advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
