- Managing eWMS mobility device and ensuring all Job Performers (JPs) are well-trained in using these devices.
- Conducting site visits as required by eWMS via mobile device on a daily basis.
- Leading FRA /JSA preparation and reviews in collaboration with the CONTRACTOR/COMPANY.
- Coordinating and conducting SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) meetings with COMPANY, CONTRACTOR, and Sub-contractor.
- Controlling and administering permits as Job Performer, Performing Authority, Area Authority, and Permit Issuer to ensure safe execution in line with Project requirements and HSE standards.
- Preparing and submit JP documents to CONTRACTOR/COMPANY for JP assessments and approvals.
