As a Public Relations Manager / Business Development Manager at Code Hive, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives, engaging with clients, and expanding our business footprint across digital and software solutions. This role requires a strategic, tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software development services, and the ability to build trust with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Acquisition:
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to acquire new business and understand their requirements.
- Research clients and prepare tailored pitches based on their industry and needs.
- Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, including workshops to gather detailed project requirements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while aligning expectations with business objectives.
Project Coordination & Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and maintain lead tracking sheets for effective follow-ups and smooth client handovers.
- Document project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure that roles, responsibilities, and timelines are clearly defined.
Communication & Reporting:
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, taking proactive measures to avoid delays.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones.
- Provide regular performance reports, project updates, and risk assessments to leadership.
Client Relationship & Support:
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships and contribute to client retention strategies.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure high standards and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Use insights to recommend strategic improvements in offerings and positioning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols during execution.
Learning & Development:
- Participate in company-provided learning through platforms like Udemy for continuous growth.
Required IT Background & Tools:
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), especially web and mobile application projects.
- Familiarity with technologies such as .NET, Laravel, Angular, Flutter, and React is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand and explain backend, frontend, and API integration concepts to non-technical clients.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and SaaS-based product offerings is a plus.
- Comfortable reading and discussing technical documentation, project proposals, and scope documents.
Required Software Tools:
- CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce
- Project management platforms such as Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Communication tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Quotation and proposal tools like Powerpoint, Canva, or Google Slides
- Lead tracking and pipeline management tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital products and software solutions.
- Fluent in Arabic (Required); English fluency is a must.

- Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 8,000.00 per month Plus commission (Depends on Experience)
