We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken female professional to take the lead in networking, outreach, and community relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social settings, enjoys connecting with people, and represents the brand with elegance and clarity.
You will be the face of the organization at events, in meetings, and across digital platforms, creating meaningful connections with partners, influencers, stakeholders, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential collaborators, speakers, sponsors, or community members
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with high-profile clients, guests, and partners
- Host or co-host events, pod shows, and virtual sessions when needed
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and stakeholders
- Craft personalized outreach messages, follow-ups, and conversation scripts
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to align on messaging and representation strategy
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- At least 1 year of work/living experience in Dubai
- Fluent in English with high-level spoken and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident on-camera/on-stage presence
- Professional, well-groomed, and articulate representation style
- Background in PR, communications, business development, events, or hospitality is a plus
- A natural people-person who enjoys conversations and relationship-building
