We are looking for a proactive and organized Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing and delivery of goods and materials. This role involves coordination with suppliers, inventory control, and maintaining purchasing records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
* Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
* Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors.
* Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
* Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
* Liaise with warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement flow.
* Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of purchasing or coordination experience in UAE.
* Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
* Familiarity with local and international suppliers is a plus.
