Job Title: Purchase Coordinator

Salary: AED 2500 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinators to join our team in Dubai. We are hiring for two positions:
- One for our showroom operations
- One for our office procurement
The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing tasks, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process purchase orders based on showroom or office requirements
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries
- Ensure goods received match purchase specifications
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock management
- Work closely with the accounts and warehouse teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a purchasing or coordination role preferred
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Organized, responsible, and committed to deadlines
- Must be available in Dubai and ready to join immediately
We are hiring 2 individuals – one for showroom support and one for office coordination. Both roles require reliability, honesty, and efficiency.
