Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in a reputed healthcare group located in DMCC, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare procurement with 3–4 years of UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for medical and laboratory supplies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports for management
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of UAE experience in a similar procurement/purchasing role
- Background in healthcare or lab procurement is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
Nationality: Open to all; Indians preferred
