We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer to manage the procurement of goods and services for our recreational facility. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, and inventory control of equipment, supplies, and services needed for the smooth operation of the facility, while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to anticipate procurement needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
- Work closely with the maintenance, kitchen, events, and operations teams to understand their purchasing needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant procurement regulations.
- Food, accommodation & company tickets are provided.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
