We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant with experience in managing procurement for healthcare facilities, particularly in medical consumables. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products essential for our clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the procurement of medical consumables, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Evaluate and compare vendor proposals, quotations, and terms.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and healthcare regulations.
Generate purchase orders, maintain records and track deliveries.
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to forecast purchasing needs.
Handle vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in a healthcare or skin clinic setting.
Knowledge of medical consumables and supplies.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
