We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Officer to manage and execute procurement activities related to Civil and MEP projects. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end procurement process, maintain accurate records and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials in compliance with company policies.
1. Manage and execute procurement activities related to Civil and MEP projects.
2. Must have 3 experience in asphalt, roads & infrastructure
3. Should have good knowledge about material handling.
4. Collaborate with Project teams and Engineers to understand material requirements and specifications
5. Should be having good relationship with the supplier or vendors.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
1.1. Knowledge of:
1.2. Constriction Material and Operations Strategies
1.3. Project Execution strategies
1.4. Microsoft Office specifically MS Word and Excel
1.5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
1.6. Valid UAE driving license.
1.7. Experience should be between 3-4 years in Civil Contracting company.
1.8. Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP specifications.
1.9. Proficiency in managing Open LPOs and Close LPOs.
1.10. Experience with ERP software.
1.11. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
