Job Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate Engineering Submissions such as Shop Drawings, Material & Technical Submittals, and Method Statements.
- Approve Work Inspections, Material Inspections, and related reports.
- Respond to and clarify RFI’s (Request for Information) & CVI’s (Construction Variation Instructions).
- Analyze project schedules including Baseline Program, Construction Program, and Look-Ahead Schedules.
- Lead weekly progress and technical review meetings, including preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
- Coordinate with all key project stakeholders — Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Authorities, Subcontractors, and Suppliers — ensuring timely execution and handover.
- Monitor non-compliances, issue NCRs and Site Observations, and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: UAE: Minimum 3 years with a Principal Consultant or Main Contractor
