Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) in our interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities of QA/QC in Interior Fit-Out
- Reviewing Design & Specifications Ensure all materials and finishes align with approved drawings and project specs.
- Inspection & Testing Conduct regular site inspections and material testing to verify compliance with standards.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain records like Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Coordination with Stakeholders Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Compliance & Approvals Secure necessary approvals from authorities like Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and others for fit-out works2.
Skills & Qualifications Often Required
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or similar QA/QC standards
- Experience with AutoCAD and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and authority requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
