Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality of products, materials, and processes within our workshop/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards in production, storage, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials/products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and quality issues.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
Work closely with the operations team to implement corrective actions.
Monitor and improve warehouse/workshop processes to enhance efficiency.
Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality.
Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within a workshop or warehouse setting.
Knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with quality assurance tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
