Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors for a reputed construction and contracting firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in cost estimation, contracts, BOQs, and FIDIC standards, with strong experience in both UAE and home-country commercial roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Work on pre and post-contract commercial management
- Analyze drawings and specifications using Cost X, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CAD, etc.
- Handle procurement, contract evaluation, and variation claims
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract standards
- Support project teams in commercial decision-making and contract negotiations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with Quantity Surveying Certification
- Preferred: Master’s in Contracts or Procurement Management
- Experience:
- Total: 4 to 8 years
- UAE: Minimum 2 years (with consultants or main contractors)
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Cost X, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, AutoCAD
- Familiarity with FIDIC Conditions of Contract
- Certified in Contracts, Procurement, and Quantity Surveying programs
- Ability to join within 30 days of offer confirmation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
