Urgently Required Quantity Surveyor (with Minimum 1-5 years UAE or GCC Experience)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in construction field is a must
- Must have UAE Experience
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any relative field
- Proficient in Microsoft office , Auto CAD
- Taking all measurements.
- Double checking and verifying measurements
- Arranging with site QS for joint measurements
- Submitting Measurements to office (Projects Manager) for Invoicing
- Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
- Site Measurement for progress Invoice.
- Visit the site and check with the foreman for the work done at site.
- Get the total Materials delivered on site from store or from Accounts.
- Calculating the Wastage Reports.
- Calculating the Production Reports.
- Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.
- Calculating complicated Lump sum quantities for vinyl and waterproofing projects
Duty Hours: 8-9hrs
Visa and Medical insurance: Provided
Location: Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
