The candidates should have minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in estimation & costing, Facility management with company in the UAE. You will be required to have a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
- UAE Driving License must
- Managing site visits
- Prepare quotations tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Preparing estimations
- Work with Sales and Design Team to prepare BOQ’s.
- Good IT systems knowledge and skills including AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop
- Ability to measure works on site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret contract conditions.
- Ability to understand, identify and assess project risks.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities
- Ability to Multitask based on
Education and Training:
- Degree educated – Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent organizing skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
