We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3–4 years of proven experience in Dubai, specifically in Pre & Post Tender stages.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Dubai (must-have)
Strong background in pre and post tender works
Solid understanding of local regulations, market rates, and procurement processes
Proficient in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
Analyze and evaluate tender documents
Manage post-tender activities including contract administration and variation analysis
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Location: Dubai, UAE
