Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in residential interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial management throughout all stages of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Analyze and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and review interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost planning and control.
- Ensure adherence to contracts, procurement procedures, and project timelines.
- Assist in value engineering and provide cost advice to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in residential interior fit-out is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of residential material specifications, market rates, and local suppliers.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
