We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of proven experience in the construction industry within the UAE, with strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project budgeting. Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, building methods, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and cost estimation software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license
- Male candidates only, as per job requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimates
- Conduct cost analysis and provide detailed project financial forecasts
- Manage procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and project timelines
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project accuracy
- Advise on contractual and risk management matters throughout the project lifecycle
