- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for aluminium and glass works.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Obtain and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotes for materials and installation.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for façade systems.
- Monitor budgets and track project expenditures.
- Assist in sourcing aluminium profiles, glass panels, accessories (gaskets, sealants, fasteners, etc.).
- Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review contracts and ensure commercial terms are followed.
- Prepare subcontractor agreements specific to façade works.
- Measure work done (on-site or off drawings) to process interim valuations.
- Submit progress claims and variations to the main contractor/client.
- Identify and price variations in design, materials, or execution.
- Justify changes with cost build-up and documentation.
- Prepare and agree on the final account with clients/subcontractors.
