Responsibilities
§ Quantity take-off for all MEP items in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV.
§ Prepare bill of quantity system wise, building wise etc.
§ Good understanding of MEP drawings, systems, items etc.
§ Professional in using software like MS Office, Auto cad, Plan swift.
§ Preparation & submission of monthly payment certificate of MEP services. Also, checking invoices raised by subcontractors.
- He/she must has ability to handle multiple projects at he same time.
§ All Quantity Surveying duties including measurement, valuation and agreement of work sections
§ Issue enquiries, receive quotations, and evaluate for the sub-contractors or even suppliers, prepare a detailed comparison of the quality of the items and the price quoted by them.
- Preparation of monthly cost/value reconciliation reports, along with commercial & cash flow forecasts.
- Identify project changes/variations and prepare submissions in line with the contract requirements.
§ Maintain precise records of material, labor & other expenses spent on project on weekly basis.
§ Monitor budget regularly with respect to orders issued, payments made etc.
§ Coordinate with project engineers.
Educational Qualifications
§ Bachelor& Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
§ Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Construction & Electromechanical Industries.
