Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Roads & Infrastructure

Al Marwan Group is currently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Please Note: Only candidates with direct experience in roads and infrastructure projects will be considered.
Applicants with building construction experience only are kindly requested not to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years of UAE-based experience specifically in roads and infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS software/tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
