Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with interior fit-out experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, quantity estimation, and procurement while ensuring adherence to project specifications and budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and budget assessments for interior fit-out projects.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop cost plans and manage project budgets effectively.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of project specifications and contractual terms to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Monitor project expenditure, track variations, and prepare accurate financial reports at regular intervals.
- Provide proactive recommendations to optimize project costs and enhance value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in QS Engineering or related field.
- 3-4 Years of experience in UAE as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior fit-out sector.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and construction practices.
