We are currently looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor (QS) to assist our team in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and understanding technical drawings for residential and commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review design drawings and specifications to extract quantities.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates based on scope.
- Coordinate with the design team for clarification if needed.
- Submit quotation sheets in organized and professional format.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior fit-out QS work.
- Strong knowledge of Excel or cost estimation tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs.
