Job Description:
We’re seeking experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agents who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to help clients find their dream homes or investment properties.
As a sales agent, you'll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will represent the Ganjina brand in high-value communities like Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra Village, Marjan Island, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, social media, and networking
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and ethically
- Maintain CRM records, prepare contracts, and coordinate with back-office team
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations
- Represent Ganjina Real Estate at events, exhibitions, and site launches
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (RAK or UAE preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking, follow-up, and closing ability
- UAE driving license and own car is a must
- Good understanding of UAE property market laws and RERA regulations
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Urdu, or Russian is a plus)
- Presentable, professional, and client-oriented attitude
