Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Consultant:1. Client Consultation
- Understand client needs, budget, and preferences
- Explain the real estate process and market trends
- Offer investment advice and property strategies
2. Market Research & Analysis
- Study market trends, pricing, and demand
- Compare similar properties (comparative market analysis)
- Evaluate property value and return on investment (ROI)
3. Property Search and Listing
- Identify suitable properties based on client needs
- Arrange site visits or virtual tours
- Promote and list properties for sale or lease
4. Negotiation & Transactions
- Negotiate price, terms, and contract details
- Prepare offers and counteroffers
- Help both buyer and seller reach an agreement
5. Legal & Documentation Support
- Assist with contracts, title deeds, and ownership verification
- Ensure all legal documents are correct and submitted
- Coordinate with legal teams, banks, or government offices (e.g., DLD in Dubai)
6. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Work with developers, brokers, banks, appraisers, lawyers, and inspectors
- Ensure smooth communication among all parties
7. After-Sale Support
- Help with property transfer, utility setup, or leasing
- Offer future investment advice or portfolio management
8. Compliance & Ethics
- Follow local real estate laws and ethical standards
- Keep client information confidential
