Position: Real Estate Admin
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Handle Trakheesi permits for all advertisements
- Draft and manage real estate contracts (e.g., MOU, Tenancy Contract, Addendum, etc.)
- Ensure that listings meet compliance guidelines with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos
- Coordinate with developers to obtain NOCs and manage agent access to portals
- Support real estate agents by ensuring that documents are completed and uploaded in a timely manner
- Track and manage agreements with developers, and ensure property-related documents are correctly filed
- Assist with marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and serve as a key point of contact
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on missing documents, and ensure the smooth flow of operations
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date listing reports
- Maintain property files, office documents, and mail management
Requirements:
- 1+ years of real estate admin experience (required)
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Propspace, Mycrm, and Broker pad
- Knowledge of the Trakheesi system and Dubai Rest for permits and contracts
- Experience working with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other productivity tools
- Valid UAE driving license
- Available to join immediately
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
