We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with transparency and professionalism. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and market comparisons. Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve successful transactions. Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role (UAE experience preferred). Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Presentable with strong client-service orientation. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). RERA certification is an advantage. Benefits: Competitive commission structure.
